The taxpayer who claims a dependent first gets the benefit of the dependent. Unfortunately, you have no way to block another taxpayer from claiming a dependent, even if they don't have the right to.
Once a dependent is claimed on another return (rightfully or not), the only thing you can do is also claim the dependent. However, you will not be able to e-file because the IRS's e-file process will notice that the Social Security number of the dependent has already been used. You will have to print and mail your return.
Then, later in the year, the IRS will contact both taxpayers by mail to begin the process of determining which taxpayer has the right to claim the dependent.
If you want to take your son off the return you are doing see this.. https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/small-business-processes/add-remove-depe...
If you are asking how to remove your son because you cannot claim him as your dependent, you need to go to My Info and delete the dependent.
You have not provided any details about how long your son lived with your sister. Did he also live with you for part of 2022? Where was he for the most nights in 2022?
