Thanks, but that doesn't actually answer my question, as it turns out there's a glitch in TurboTax where it won't let me switch after filing the first time with an AGI.
You are not able to make changes to your return once it has been submitted. To make corrections or changes to your pending return, wait until your return's either been accepted or rejected by the IRS.
Right, this is refiling, not changing.
Here's where to enter last year's signature ID as your self-select PIN:
Yes, I do this but Turbotax keeps refiling as my original incorrect AGI instead of my PIN. In my reject note, it shows the first incorrect number rather than what I refiled it as. I've done this about 7 times now.

Are there instructions for the desktop version? This how-to is only for the online tool.
I think for the Desktop program you just go through the File tab again.
