How can I reapply a different discount code for turbotax deluxe if I have already started an application?

I started my application from fidelity to get a 25% discount but I forgot that I had a 30% discount due to the discontinuation of ItsDeductible. How can I swap discount codes?

If you are using an affiliate discount, you have to start the return from the affiliate's site.   You cannot just start your return and swap out the code from one affiliate to another.

I need to understand how I can cancel the affiliate code.  I have an email from Intuit with their discount code.  I trie canceling the application and starting over but that doesn’t work.  It shows the original affiliate discount.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

It shouldn’t be a billing issue.  I haven’t even started my taxes yet.  Do I need to contact billing?  Why can I just cancel the affiliate discount and start over from the email that intuit sent me with a better discount

Go ahead and try that.   We cannot ever see your return or your account; we have no idea how far you went with that first return.
