Sorry---the Form 1040 does not break it down that way. When you file a joint return the refund is based on all of your combined income and if you owe, the amount due is also based on your combined income.
One thing you can look at the the self-employment tax---you are posting from Self-Employed---so that indicates that at least one of you has to pay self-employment tax for Social Security and Medicare as well as ordinary income tax.
Yes, I know it's combined, but I was wondering if there is a way to know how much of the debt belong to me and how much to my wife.
I was thinking that the form that shows self-employed taxes could be helpful to calculate that as you said.
