How can I issue a 1099 to my home health care worker?

I paid $13000 to my home health care worker and need to issue her a 1099. Can I do that here in Turbo Tax?

If you are not running a business you do not have to issue a 1099 to a worker.   The worker can simply enter the amount they were paid on their own tax return even without a document from you.   They have self-employment income for which they are responsible to report on their own tax return.
