How can i input my w2 into the turbo tax software online that will let me divide my income post and pre 07/01/2017 so all my income is not taxed at the same rate in IL.

TTX will not support the 2017 Schedule SA for IL.

The tax software for 2017 will only use the blended tax rate of 4.3549%
