How can I go back to add a payment for live service?

I would like to start fresh. Where can I go?

To add TurboTax Live, please open your return and click on "Live Tax Advice" in the upper right corner of the program.  Next, choose Upgrade to complete the process. You can find more information here: How do I get TurboTax Live?

You can erase your return and start fresh as long as you haven't submitted payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered your product yet.  Please see this TurboTax Help Article: How do I Clear and Start Over?
