How can I get TurboTax Deluxe to install from CD (Windows)?

I purchased TurboTax Deluxe 2017 Fed + Efile + State PC/MAC Disc [Amazon Exclusive], and I've tried multiple times to install it.  I get through to the "We're ready to install TurboTax!" but then this message disappears and nothing happens.
