How can i get my start and end dates for my work history

You can get a work history report from Social Security. Not sure if it gives start and end dates; it miight only be listed by the years you worked.

Ask the employers. That's probably the only source for the information, if you did not keep your own records. Start and end dates of employment are not on your tax return and are not reported to the IRS.
