I believe I’m a non custodial parent and I pay child support , I don’t know my sons ssn and I have no idea what to do cuz I know she claimed him but turbo tax says if I payed child support I get some back

TurboTax does not say that. Child support does not go on a tax return.

You can only clam the child if the custodial parent issues you a 8332 form allowing you to do so.

Child support is irreverent.

A few states allow you to claim Child Support paid on the state return.
