You can call Customer Service and request a refund of the online fees at the same time you purchase and request a download of the desktop version. If you just made this purchase today, you may want to wait until tomorrow to make sure the original purchase shows in our system, since they cannot refund something not yet showing. Please follow these instructions to contact us.
