Make sure the IP PIN field is empty
BUT
If IRS sent you an IP PIN, you can't e-File without it.
You'll have to get it, or file on paper via US Mail.
Did you try to retrieve your IP PIN at the following link on the IRS web site?
Retrieve Your Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN)
I doubt that you actually e-filed without an IP PIN last year. Once you get an IP PIN you have to use one every year, or file by mail.
