How can I find out why there is a third form to fill out even though I only worked two jobs this year ?

What third form? ALL of your 2024 income is supposed to go one ONE tax return. After the first W-2 has been entered, you click Add W-2 and you keep entering them until all of your W-2's have been entered. What did you do?
