Did you have a refund? Did you get it?
Did you efile? Was it Accepted? Maybe you didn't finish filing it or it Rejected. When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. what does it say?
Then when you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepte.d or Rejected your efile. Check back though your emails if you have them.
In the PDF of your TurboTax return, the last page of the federal return should be an "electronic postmark" that shows your name, Social Security number, the date and time that you e-filed the return, and the date that the IRS accepted it.
Or maybe you are looking in the wrong account? It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online.
You can also request a transcript from the IRS to see if you filed
https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
You did not say whether or not you filed your tax return last year with TurboTax . Assuming you did, upon acceptance by the IRS of your e-file, you should have received an email from TT with the heading, "TurboTax update: Federal Return Accepted". If it was rejected, you should have received an email telling you that it was rejected as well, along with a code and explanation as to why it was rejected.
Was there an overpayment last year? If so, did you ask for a refund and did you receive it? If you did receive your refund, your e-file was "accepted".
Another way to find out is to get a copy of your transcript from the IRS.
