Unfortunately, there is not a way for you to find out who is claiming your dependent on their tax return.
If your return has rejected because you are claiming a dependent that has already been claimed, your best course of action is to double check that all of the information on your return is correct. If it is correct, then you should file your return by mail, leaving the dependent as being claimed on your return. The IRS will then examine both your return and the other return claiming the same dependent to determine which return is valid for that dependent.
