How can I file taxes with my new foreign spouse who have a social security number but doesn't have health insurance?

We just got married last November 2018. I am an American and my foreign spouse came on a J-1 visa, which has since expired.We Just filed for her change of status. We're both living together in the U.S. What is our best options for filing our 2018 tax return?
