How can I file my taxes when every question is answered except a six-digit number which I cannot get fast enough?

I do not know how to leave the turbo tax to get to my email for the six-digit code. I could try to use my "smart"  phone, but then I would be questioned about using a different phone number. Is there someone who can personally, by phone or in person, help me finish my taxes?
