You can download quarterly estimated tax payment vouchers and fill them in and mail them with your check to the IRS: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040es.pdf

Or you can set up a debit on your account each quarter using IRS direct pay: https://www.irs.gov/payments/direct-pay

TurboTax does not have an option for filing or paying your Self Employed quarterly Estimated taxes, but here's a few options:

- To pay and file via mail you can visit the IRS website to print and mail the form and payment

- The IRS also has an electronic option by visiting IRS's Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS)
- The IRS also offers pay by phone option as noted on their EFTPS site
