I retired in 2024 and am now on Social Security, with investment income. How can I estimate my 2025 taxes?

If you used the desktop download software for 2024, you can use "forms" mode to create an estimate for 2025 using the what if feature. Or....you can wait just a short time to mid/late November when the 2025 software becomes available. You cannot use 2024 online software to create a "dummy" return now; the software is in transition and a 2024 return cannot be started online.
