How can i estimate my state adjustments for estimated taxes for 2025?

You would have to look at the instructions to Form CT-1040 starting on page 7 to see the modifications you need to make to your federal adjusted gross income to arrive at your Connecticut adjusted gross income. They will be listed on CT-1040 Schedule 1:
