If you still cannot install your cd after troubleshooting, follow the directions below to contact Customer Support.

1. Start by setting up your TurboTax account if you don't already have an account with us.

2. Contact us (be sure to select CD/Download in the first drop-down) and ask your TurboTax Specialist to push a download into your account.
3. Once they've done that, simply sign in to My Downloads to download your TurboTax software.
