How can I diregard 1095a form, I do not have one and every time I click no, it rejects my taxes?

my taxes have been rejected twice because of this form.

If you did not receive a 1095-A form, then you should be able to delete the form.  

To delete a form in TurboTax Online:

1. Sign in to your return, if not already in.
2. Click take me to my return.
3. Click My Account > Tools.
4.  select Delete a form.
5. Click Delete next to the form  you want to remove, follow the instructions to remove it.
