Check your account for 2018---if it says anything other than "accepted" for your 2018 return then it was not filed unless you printed it and mailed it. TurboTax would not know if you did that.
Or check to see if the IRS has a transcript of a 2018 return you filed.
You can get a free transcript of your past return from the IRS:

If you prepared a 2018 return but it was not filed, you can still file it but it has to be printed and mailed. It cannot be e-filed.
If you have any changes/corrections at all to make to your 2018 return, you now have to complete it using desktop software, which you must download to a full PC or Mac (not to a mobile device).
If you already paid for your online software you can ask customer support for a download of the desktop software.
They are available from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time Monday-Friday.

If you are getting a refund, there is no penalty for filing late. If you owe tax due, then file and pay the amount due as shown on the Form 1040, but expect a bill later from the IRS for the penalty and interest you will owe. Only the IRS will calculate this—TurboTax will not calculate it.
How can I confirm if my 2018 were efiled on Turbo Tax. Last year was a little confusing, software application and after payment was made everything seemed complete. However when following up on State refund, they advised no efile, so I had to check and resubmit. I believed Federal was efiled? How can I confirm?
