How can I change head of house hold?

I am married and filing jointly. My husband is the head of household. I accidently had my name in that spot last year. Is that ok?

If you are filing a Joint return then no one files as Head of Household.  That is a filing status.  Do you mean who is listed first as the primary taxpayer?  It doesn't matter.  Just try to be consistent each year.
