How can I change filing my husband as a dependent?

Did you already file?

If you haven't filed yet you can add him as a spouse (and delete him as a dependent) under Personal Info.  A Spouse is never a dependent.  Do you want to file together?  Joint is usually the best way to file.  You get an exemption for him which is the same as claiming a dependent.
