How can I cancel the Oregon filing

It was a mistake by my tax preparer and I can't figure out how to cancel the filing for Oregon

If the tax return has already been filed there is no way to cancel it. You can probably file an amended return to reverse the effect of the erroneous tax return. If it was the preparer's error, the preparer should do whatever is necessary to correct the error, at no cost to you.
