How can I be sure I will be given back my original amount I lost when I said I didn't have coverage?

I submitted my 2018 Tax's wrong saying I didn't have health insurance coverage all year when in reality I did. After the fact I went in and submitted an amended return mentioning that I actually had insurance all year. How can I be sure that I will be given back my original refund that I had before saying that I didn't have full coverage?

You must print and mail in your amended tax return those cannot be e-filed. Your amended return will then be processed and any amount owed to you will be refunded to you. 

WAIT until you receive your refund and then Amend.
