How can I add a 1099 misc form to my state taxes? Turbo Tax will not let me add it before I file.

You can add Form 1099-MISC in the federal return and then it will transfer from there into your state return. It will go under Wages and Income, either under Self-Employment, or Other Common Income.

You put all income in the Federal section and then it carries over to your state return.
