That depends on what tax document you are entering. If you are entering a W-2, the federal tax withheld is in box 2. What kind of document are you entering?

Depends who took it out. You enter it on the same screen as your W2 or 1099R. If from another form.

To edit a W2 enter it under

Federal Taxes or Personal (Home & Business)

Wages & Income

Then Wages and Salaries- Click the Start or Update button

Enter or Edit a 1099R under
Federal Taxes
Wages & Income
Then scroll way down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
Then IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R) – Click Start
