Hope all is well, I was wondering if ambulance emergency transport fees can be considered tax deductible. If so can the fees be added to "Medical Facility fees" section?

Yes, ambulance fees can be deducted as Medical Expenses.

You add them under any section of Medical expenses as TurboTax will sum up all medical expenses to report them on Schedule A - Itemized deductions..
