Homeschooling in CO

Hi! I saw that CO offers tax credits and was wondering if I could get more specific information about what that really intels.

I have not found an actual credit that has been passed, what I have found are bills that do not appear to have been made into law regarding the homeschool/private school credits.

My children are homeschooled in ohio and attend a part time co-op. Do the co op tuition expenses count towards the homeschool expenses deduction?
