Home & Business Online Version how to get the 5 federal e-files on the 2nd-5th people?

Since I do not have Windows 11, I have to use online version, I added my code of the Home & Business product that I entered.  I started working on mine, I wanted to save and start working on my kids and parents, but it doesn't give me an option to start a new return like the desktop version does.  The packet reads "technical support included 24/7 but no way to contact support on a number, only this community page. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING, please help.

Sorry Online is only good for 1 return and 1 account.  So you need to setup separate accounts for each person.  The offer to switch to Online is only good for 1 return and account.  

You can start another return in TurboTax Online by:
Logging out if you are in your account
Choose what TurboTax Online product you want to use for the second return

Create your account screen
Set up a new login for the second return
Start working on the new return

For  the online version you can only do one tax return per account. To do a second or third return you need to set up a separate account for each user. The up to 5 returns are only for the desk top version which requires Windows 11

If you used the Desktop program before you may notice several differences and not like the online version. It has less features and no Forms Mode. And you will have to pay first to see all the forms. All the Online versions do not have the same forms so you may need to upgrade to a higher version. Online Premium is the highest vesion and has all the same forms as the Desktop programs. You can only do 1 return per account. And pay for each account. 

Your return is only saved online so be sure to save both the .tax2025 data file and the pdf file to your computer when you are done. In case you need to amend in the future or if you need a copy to get a loan or something. You might not be able to access your online return when you need a copy.

Thank you for the response.  I still need to work on my other family returns.  It sounds like it would be best to find a Windows 11 version computer to make it worth my purchase.  Would you happen to know if my code will still work if I am using the same login credentials?  Or would I have to purchase another version, this product runs me at almost $100 since it's the Home and Office version, so I would hope to be able to use to still use the one I purchased.
