Home and Business vs Premier?

Have been using home and Business for a farm business. we now also have a rental property. Will I need a different Turbotax to do both of these? I see it looks like Premier would work for the rental, but not the Farm business? Any help appreciated.

The TurboTax desktop edition of Home & Business can also complete a Schedule E for a rental property.
