Hmm, looks like we've hit a snag Error

In Desktop TurboTax Deluxe (running on MBP) get the "Hmm, looks like we've hit a snag error message followed by “We recommend you revisit the last topic you were working on to make sure all your info's correct."

 

This error appears when trying to enter values in the “Personal Property Taxes” under “Cars and Other Things you own.  Its like its stuck in a loop.  All prior entries have been checked more than once.

 

Please review and provide solution.

Suggestion does not address issue it just reaffirms that there is an issue that needs to be resolved.
