Since I have to report HSA information, is the cheapest product I can use the Deluxe version?

Yes. You will need the Deluxe version, in order to enter your form 1099-SA.

Hmm.  A couple years ago, filers could use the free edition even if they had HSA to report.  I guess there's too much money to be made by Intuit and HRBlock with so many millions of HSA account holders these days.
