That's up to you. The IRS doesn't know they were prepared.
They may be auto-generated if you owed a Balance Due this year...but unless you carefully went thru the 2017 Estimated taxes questions...the $$ on them may not be accurate.
IF you had a Balance Due this year, and expect similar next year, you should do something to increase your tax withholding at work...or consider making 4-equal-Quarterly Estimate Tax payments using the forms...or Empty 1040ES forms for 2017 from the IRS website, to avoid a Balance Due next year. Your Choice. But if you do decide to sue the 1040ES forms,I strongly recommend that you make sure you use 4-equal payments...do not vary the $$ amounts.
