HI there. Just signed up and the confirmation and receipt mails I'm getting all list my last name twice. I'm not sure where to change this.

Just hoping that it didn't file my taxes that way. 🙂

Most likely you entered your full name in the first name field and then entered the last name again in the last name field. Print your return to see.
