No, neither the 1095-B or 1095-C have to be entered in TurboTax. Both forms are informational only. When asked if you had health coverage select that you did have coverage, either all year or part year (whichever is applicable). Then when asked if you were enrolled in a less common plan in 2016 select No. That is all the information that is needed, just be sure to retain both forms for your records.
