Hi, my Return was accepted on 02/13. Today is 3/12, so I'm wondering if this delay is normal this year... the system only says "still being processed". What do you think?

- We didn't get the first stimulus and got partial of the second one.
- My wife Social Security number was wrong and the refund was rejected 4 times before I find the problem and get it right,  Accepted.

Processing is slow this year because the IRS is doing several things at once.  However, if you prepared your 2020 tax return and completed the Recovery Rebate Credit form you can request your 1st Stimulus.  Your 3rd Stimulus should be issued based on 2020 if that return has been accepted by the IRS already.  If not then it will be based on the last filed return.  You will get your Stimulus and your tax refund will be coming soon too.  Be patient.

The recovery rebate was done together but I just don’t know if the “Accepted” status means that it’s just a matter of time or if they are still checking numbers . Also I’m not sure if it is common to go beyond the 21 days.
My neighbor did his return 2 days before me and he got his refund 2 weeks ago, so I was thinking that could have some issue.
