If you have already e-filed your return, you will need to make your payment for taxes owed directly to the IRS or your state's Department of Revenue.  You can pay your taxes owed by visiting the following IRS link: https://www.irs.gov/Payments

You can click on the link for your state, in the following TurboTax FAQ, to be taken to their Department of Revenue site:
