Hi, 

If you had health insurance for the whole year, there shouldn't be a penalty.  I recommend going back through the health insurance section.  Click on the Search icon in the top right, type in health insurance. There should be an option that says jump to health insurance. Go back through the section and check your answers. I have a feeling you may have accidentally answered a question incorrectly.
