Hi. i would like to know, if i pay for one of the packages, for use with the application, is the amount to be a life time member? or is it a yearly fee? thank you

A TurboTax product is good only for one tax year. 

TurboTax 2016 can only prepare a 2016 return.  Next year you would need to purchase 2017 TurboTax product to prepare a 2017 return, and so on.

Every year requires a new TurboTax product and a new fee, if applicable.
