You'll have to file an amended return once you receive all of your W-2s. If you filed a free Turbo Tax online I believe you will have to pay for the amended return.
You will need to wait to see if your tax return has been accepted or rejected by the IRS.
If rejected, simply log back into your return, and enter your W-2.
If your return is accepted, you will need to amend your return using Form 1040-X (not available until about mid-February).
Form 1040X can't be e-filed per IRS regulations.
After you finish amending in TurboTax, we'll guide you through printing and mailing your 1040X along with any required attachments.
Three weeks after mailing your amendment, you can start tracking it at Where's My Amended Return? on IRS.gov.
Thanks for the response.
Do you know how much you have to pay? I used the free edition.
If you have filed your tax return and then discover that you have an additional W-2 to file you will have to wait until the IRS either accepts or rejects your tax return.
If the return is rejected you will correct the error that caused the rejection, add the W-2 and refile your return.
If the return was accepted by the IRS then you will have to file an amended tax return using Form 1040X to add the W-2 to your tax return

This link to the TurboTax Help page How to amend (change or correct) a return you already filed provides information on how to amend your tax return.
