Hi, I wanted to file a retroactive tax return for 2014. I already did an e-file for 2016. My understanding is that I have to file it by paper. Can you help me do this?

Yes.

We offer products to file prior year returns all the way back to 2013. We offer this as CD/Downloadable software. You are correct, you will have to file a conventional paper return, as e-filing 2015 or older returns are no longer available in TurboTax.
