Hi I used this last year for my tax return and it worked fine but now this year it wants me to pay almost 100.00 dollars. why?

You can see what you are being charged for. Click on Tax Tools from the Menu on the left side in your return. Click Tools then My Fees.

Because of the major 2018 Federal tax law changes, there are no more Forms 1040-EZ or 1040-A.  Everyone files Form 1040, with one or more new schedules.  Depending upon the  schedules you need, you may no longer be eligible for TT Free.

In addition, the TT early bird discount expired Feb 28.
