Hi, I received an email offer for 50% off Premier, but when I log in from that email, there is no discount applied to the total cost before I check out. Do I need a code?

To get your discount to show up in your shopping cart, please clear your cache and cookies and log back in. Please see below.  

This one shows how to delete your cookies.
