Hi I have Medi-cal with no cost, do I still have to fill out a 1095A? and if so can I fill it out myself or who fills it out?

Hi I have Medi-cal with no cost, do I still have to fill out a 1095A? and if so can I fill it out myself or who fills it out?
The Health Insurance section will ask if you were covered by insurance in 2016 and you can select covered the whole year, or which months, but you do not need to enter a form. The 1095-B or 1095-C forms are already shared with the IRS. Only 1095-A forms from the Covered California Marketplace option need to be entered into the tax return.
