Did you enroll in an Affordable Care Act a.k.a. Obamacare plan last year? If so,you should have received a 1095-A from the Health Insurance Marketplace indicating what your Advance Premium Tax Credit (APTC) was.
Here’s how to enter 1095-A Health Insurance Marketplace Statement:
Select the orange button Take me to my return (or continue your return if using a CD/download).
Select the Health Insurance section in the Federal Taxes tab.
When asked if you had health insurance in 2016, select the option that applies to you, and Continue.
When asked about being enrolled in any of these less common plans in 2016, select Yes.
On the What type of plan were you enrolled in? screen, select Obamacare plan (1095-A), and then Continue.
Follow the prompts to enter your 1095-A. This will generate form 8962 for the IRS.

I enrolled my wife and a child. Received the IRS form in the mail. Filed my taxes on Turbo last week. There was no prompt when filing my return to enter that information. Is it possible Turbo could have already had that information? Or do I need to do a correction of some kind to my return?

If you efiled a return without entering your Form 1095-A and received a letter from the IRS requesting Form 8962, then you will need to fill out that form. You will need the 1095-A in order to do so.
Follow the steps above of search "Form 1095-A" and then click the "Jump to 1095-A". You can then enter the form and the Form 8962 will generate.
