You do not want to e-file if you have already paper-filed, as this will confuse the IRS and delay the process even more. They may have started processing your return before the shutdown. Although the IRS isn't CURRENTLY processing paper-filed returns, they will start back up once the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
