The help article link that @baldietax shared included links to remove specific add-on services, including TurboTax Experts, from your TurboTax account to reduce your fees.

You can also clear and start over to remove all fees and start from scratch as long as you haven't paid, registered, or deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund.
